Why We Built This Site
Kansas gives the public broad access to many court and public records, but Harvey County records are not all held by one office. The Clerk of the District Court handles district-court case files for criminal, civil, domestic, juvenile, probate, protection-order, and traffic matters filed in the Ninth Judicial District. Municipal courts handle city-ordinance and many local traffic cases. The Harvey County Sheriff's Office manages jail and booking information, while the Harvey County Clerk handles commission, election, tax-roll, and other county records. We pull together the local offices, Kansas CaseSearch, courthouse terminal access, fee notes, and request steps into one place.

- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
